The process of taking a logo from print to embroidery is easier said than done! Our artists can take your logo and go through the "digitizing" process to make it ready to be sewn on the items you order. Once the logo has been digitized we will sew out a sample for you to approve the design before doing your actual order.

Our experience in the industry allows us to help you choose the thread colors and fabrics that will make your logo/design look the best it possibly can!

There are many factors that go into making an embroidered design look the best. EASW has the experience and equipment to make your logo look the best! It starts with the digitizing process and continues on to the selection of thread type/color, backing material, needles, stabilize topping and many, many operator decisions based on experience. The pricing for embroidery is determined by the following:

1. How many items you are ordering?
2. How many designs are going on the item?

a. Left chest, right chest, full back, locker loop, side of cap etc.
3. How many stitches are in the design

Once you have a general idea of these 3 factors we can easily get you pricing on multiple items!

There may be a minimal setup fee for some logos, depending upon complexity and size of order. Once we see your logo/design we can give you a firm quote. We also have thousands of stock designs to choose from as well!
