Most anything is possible when it comes to screen printing. Our graphics department can assist you in coming up with an original design/logo or take your current logo/design and make sure it turns out the best it possibly can on your items ordered.
If you do have artwork prepared, please send us the highest DPI (quality) or vector-based art that you have. We prefer .AI, .EPS or .CDR files that are not placed images. Please remember to convert all text to outlines or curves as opposed to fonts. If you do not have any art, all we will need is a sketch, or sample from you to work off and we will do the rest!
All designs MUST be approved by you, the customer, before going to press.
Once a design is approved, "films" are created that act as a photo negative. The films are placed on to mesh "screens" that are exposed to a UV light source that will "burn" the image onto the screen. Once all screens are ready, the screens are setup on a "press" by the operator. The screens are lined up so that your design is straight and all colors "lock" into place on the design. The ink is printed through the screens with a squeegee and on to the items. The ink is a "plastisol" (liquid plastic). After all colors are printed onto the item, it is sent through an infrared "dryer" to "cure". Once the item is heated to approx. 370 degrees, the design is completed.
The items are then counted, folded and boxed up for you to receive the finished order.
The pricing for screen printing is determined by the following:
1. How many items you are ordering?
2. How many designs are going on the item?
a. Left chest, right chest, full back, locker loop, side of cap etc.
3. How many colors are in each design (the shirt color does not count)
Once you have a general idea of these 3 factors we can easily get you pricing on multiple items!
